• Service timing will be confirmed based on availability.
• Emergency services are subject to additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices may vary depending on tank size, location, and complexity.
• Payment must be made immediately after service completion.
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payments.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure proper access to the septic tank location.
• Provide accurate information about the service requirement.
• Keep the area safe for our team during the service.

5. Service Limitations

We are not responsible for pre-existing damages, structural issues, or blockages outside the septic system unless agreed upon separately.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Customers must inform us at least 2 hours before cancellation.
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a service charge.
